  • Profile
  • Credentials

Holly Loy joined Howard & Arca in early 2020. Born in Wisconsin (but only because her parents happened to be there at the time), Holly grew up all over the United States but she and her family (Michael, son Nathan, and their dogs, Kaywinnet Lee and Fergus) has called Georgia home for over 2 decades. A graduate of Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and the University of Tennessee College of Law, Holly has been a trial attorney for over 20 years, serving as Assistant Attorney General for the State of Georgia as well as attorney for the City of Atlanta, and has before state and federal courts at every level in the State of Georgia.

Holly is active in bar association and local organizations. She’s served as the writing chair and a performer for the Atlanta Bar Association “A Courthouse Line” stage production, a biannual event which benefits the Atlanta Bar Foundation. She has served as an alumnae advisor for the Epsilon Theta Chapter of Sigma Sigma Sigma Sorority at Oglethorpe University in Atlanta and as a volunteer for the Cub Scouts of America. Holly has also been a member of two local improv comedy groups, one of which, Cineprov, was voted “Best of Atlanta” by “Creative Loafing” twice during her tenure with the troupe.
